Guarantee

Solarflow products are fully guaranteed for 12 months by the product manufacturer who have been developing garden irrigation systems since 1990. Garden clocks and thermometers carry a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee.

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 5 working days. Some items can take longer, such as garden furniture and in these cases we will contact you to advise if this is the case. Please email us if you would like an estimate in advance of ordering.

Returns

If you decide for any reason that any product purchased from Solarflow Garden is not suitable for you, the product may be returned within 7 days of receipt in an unused state with the original packing. It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of delivery if the package is not received back by us. You will receive a full refund, though we do ask that you pay for the return postage. If the product is faulty, there will be no charge for return postage.
